Implementation & Testing Engineer

*About the Role*

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Implementation & Testing Engineer to join our Technical Support team. The candidate will be responsible for software implementation, testing, troubleshooting, client support, training, and ensuring successful project deployment at client locations.

*Qualification*

• Fresher with Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• Good understanding of software applications and basic troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work at client locations

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

*Key Responsibilities*

• Implement and configure software solutions at client locations

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development/support team

• Perform software installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

• Provide onsite and online technical support to clients

• Conduct software demonstrations and user training

• Write and execute basic SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting

• Assist in report designing and customization

• Perform functional testing and identify software bugs/issues

• Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and enhancements

• Collect client requirements and ensure proper project implementation

• Maintain implementation and support documentation

• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth software usage after implementation

• Ensure timely completion of assigned implementation and support activities

*Required Skills*

• Basic knowledge of SQL / Database

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of software testing

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Good documentation skills

• Willingness to travel for client visits

*Preferred Skills*

• Knowledge of Windows and basic networking

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL

• Experience with software implementation or technical support

• Knowledge of Healthcare / Hospital / Pathology Laboratory software will be an added advantage
